DELIVERY

The delivery of your order is an external aspect of our commitments and we reserve the right not to make refunds on orders if packages are delayed.

Delivery times are 3 to 7 days for shipments to France and 5 to 14 days for international deliveries. They are given as an indication and represent an estimate. The delivery times must be understood as from the date of dispatch and in working days from Monday to Friday. We reserve the right to delay the preparation of your order if necessary to improve the overall management of our stock and our orders. We are not responsible for any delay by the carrier or courier and cannot be held responsible for any cancellation, refund or compensation.

Similarly, we disclaim any responsibility for loss of the package, theft or loss of track found from the time or the carrier reports the package delivered on the history of the package and can not be required to cancel, refund or offer compensation where appropriate.
